The Myositis Association is seeking to fund innovative research. Current available funding is for up to $50,000 per year for 2 years for research into any other form of myositis or immune myopathy. Funded proposals may take the form of:
Research Fellowships – to support a young physician, or PhD scientist, who is beginning a career in myositis research in the laboratory of an established myositis investigator.
Research Grants – to support new or innovative myositis research projects.
Letter of Intent due by June 15, 2013
Full application due by July 15, 2013
Funding decisions made by November 1, 2013
