I was diagnosed with IBM in 2013. After 9 years, I greatly appreciate the work of family and friends who have become caregivers. I also realize that this is a great burden on those we love and are nearest to. Like their patients, their lives are turned completely upside down, still they continue day after day and year after year to care for us. Therefore by raising money to help find a cure for IBM, you not only help the patients but also help the caregivers which I am sure far out number those of us that they devote their time and lives to.
